Deadline for submission of abstracts: March 30, 2010
Authors of abstracts submitted before March 30, 2010 will receive a notification as to the acceptance of their abstracts by May 21, 2010.

Late submitted abstacts are welcome until May 21, 2010, but only for poster presentation.

Length of the Absract:  2 500 characters
Forms of presentations: Poster presentation / Oral presentation

Instructions for oral presentations:
Please check the program for the position and length of your presentation. The regular oral presentations include 15 min talk and 5 min discussion.
The organisers will provide all necessary instruments (computers, projector, laser pointer, microphones etc) for the presentations. If you have a special request, please, send a message to the symposium secretariat in order to make sure the presentations can be made in the desired form.

Instructions for poster presentations:
Those who have received a notification about the poster presentation (and/or cannot find their name and abstract title in the program as oral) are kindly asked to prepare their posters in the size and orientation to fit the boards.
The board size is 90x120 cm (equal to 35.4x47.2 in), portrait. Pins will be provided.

We only  accept on-line submitted abstracts !

Each presenting author is entitled to submit two Abstract but may also be co-author of Abstracts submitted by other presenting authors. The content of the Abstract is solely the responsibility of the author(s). The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the Abstract before submission.
No change will be possible after the abstract submission deadline, March 30, 2010 The authors are requested to indicate wheter he/she wishes to have an oral or a poster presetation.
Information about the acceptance of the Abstract as oral or poster presentation will be sent to the submitting author with e-mail by  May 21, 2010.

Abstracts will only be included in the book of abstracts  if consistent with the instructions and received by the deadline.
The abstracts of authors, who will not have registered and paid the registration fee by June 1, 2010 will not be included in the Final Program and in the Book of Abstracts.
